This hotel was brilliant place for exploring Monterrey, loved it. The property location was favourable in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was just next door to the center and markets. The room we had included climate control and multi-channel television. We had a private bathroom.

All the staff was affable and kind, resolved my issues. The hotel was in a good location, in the middle of jackson. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Grill Plaza that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The restaurant was relatively near the venue.

I loved the central location of this hotel. It was easy for me to access the metro subway and buses. I could easily find food, entertainment, and museums within walking distance. The hotel staff was hospitable, and housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping my room spotless.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with a variety of public transportation options and attractions within walking distance. The housekeeping service was exceptional, with our room always being spotless. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations on local eateries and sights to see. The comfortable room and bathroom amenities made our stay even better.

I found that the noise from the bar at night was simply intolerable and made it very hard to sleep. Even on weeknights, the music went on well into the early morning hours.
